Chelci Cowan teaches private lessons for all of our woodwind and brass instrument students at all skill levels, Our Adult Cello group and our Beginning Music Class for Elementary School aged students.  She is also directing the Warren County Youth Orchestra.  Chelci's knowledge and skill has also enabled her to do basic repair on most of our Band and Orchestra instruments as well as NEMC rentals.

Denise Bilott started her love of music playing clarinet in her school band in 4th grade, which quickly grew to learning flute, bassoon, and saxophone before going to college.  She graduated summa cum laude from the Conservatory of Music at Capital University in Columbus, Ohio, receiving a bachelor of music in Music Education instrumental.  Denise has taught private lessons for 10 years seeing many of her students graduate to attend music schools and audition for select groups.  She also has taught for 21 years in the public school system working with beginning band, jazz band, marching band, pep bands, middle school chorus and elementary general music. Her large ensembles consistently received excellent ratings at large ensemble adjudications. She is an active musician, formally playing with the Westmoreland Symphonic Winds and currently mentoring the Warren Youth Orchestra and the Warren Junior Youth Orchestra. Denise feels very strongly in the positive, lifelong impact music has on young people and enjoys working with woodwind players at any skill level and beginning brass, piano and guitar students.
